Privacy Policy

Daily Priorities is an offline-first application. It does not require an account and does not transmit your task data to BirdLabs or BIRDSNEST, LLC.

1. Who operates the app

Daily Priorities is published under the BirdLabs developer brand. The legal organization behind the developer profile is BIRDSNEST, LLC. The application ID is com.BirdLabs.dailypriorities.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect, receive, sell, or share personal information through Daily Priorities. The app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, social login, or third-party tracking technologies.

3. Information stored on your device

The app stores information locally so its features can work. This may include:

Tasks, subtasks, task lists, dates, priorities, completion status, and notes.
Daily statistics generated from your task activity.
Preferences such as theme, dynamic colors, week-start setting, completed-task visibility, and onboarding status.

This information remains on your device unless you choose to use an export, backup, transfer, or other device feature controlled by you or Android.

4. Internet and data transmission

Daily Priorities is designed to work without an internet connection. It does not send tasks, preferences, or usage information to our servers.

5. Permissions

The app does not request sensitive permissions such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, phone, or storage access for ordinary use.

6. Export and import

If export or import functionality is available, files are created or selected only when you choose those actions. You control where exported files are saved, shared, or backed up.

7. Data deletion

You can delete tasks, remove all app data through settings, uninstall the app, or clear its storage through Android settings. Because we do not receive your task data, we cannot recover it after deletion.

8. Data security

App information is stored using Android’s local application storage. No storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure, so protect your device appropriately.

9. Children’s privacy

Daily Priorities is a general productivity app and is not specifically designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.

10. Third-party services

The current version does not integrate advertising, analytics, account, or tracking services. If this changes, this policy will be updated before those features are introduced.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated effective date will appear at the top.
